Coach Tim, I am on STEP 4 of the mental exercise training. 4 is helping me enter my zone, which is really helpful for me, because I tend to lose my concentration in tight moments. And I can also use this technique of calming myself down in those situations. They have really helped me relax and calm my mind down at night. When I do the exercise in the morning it helps me get focused, and helps me feel like I'm ready for the day!
